Sofia Tulchinsky joined Salesforce in 2011 and is the SVP, COO Alliances & Channels. In this role, she leads a global shared services team responsible for Strategy & Operations, Partner Program & Support, Indirect Market Dev, M&A Integration, and Enablement Delivery. This year, she has predominantly focused on the way Salesforce engages with its partner ecosystem to ensure the highest level of success for our joint customers. Continuously evolving our Partner Ecosystem is critical to Salesforce success. Before joining Alliances & Channels, Sofia was part of the Global Business Planning and Customer Success Strategy & Operations teams.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Sofia spent 9 years at Exigen Group. She joined Exigen when it was an early stage startup, working on the launch, M&A Integration, and managing the Sales Operations/Productivity teams. Born in the Ukraine, Sofia immigrated to San Francisco with her family at the age of four and has lived in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. She received both her BS and MBA from Golden Gate University. Sofia lives in San Francisco with her husband and 4 children. She’s a San Francisco Bay Area sports fan and enjoys time with family & friends, skiing, and yoga.
