Angela is an implementation leader focused on improving business processes to be more transparent and data driven. With experience in supply chain, sales performance management, and incentive compensation management across several industries, Angela is skilled in making business processes intuitive and systematic. She works side by side with her clients through implementations, ensuring they maintain ownership of the process and maximize adoption success.

On top of her deep history with Spaulding Ridge, she also leads its DE&I Committee. Organizing volunteer activities, meaningful conversations with activists, and setting the standard for diversity metrics at Spaulding Ridge, Angela has made an impact far greater than just with her clients.
